Floor plan with services
A floor plan with information about our services is available from the Information Desk in the museum.
Tickets and admission for companions
If you are planning a visit to the museum, please book your ticket(s) online. Everyone who is unable to make their way through the museum independently is welcome to bring a companion with them, for free. Don’t forgot to order a free ticket for your companion when booking your ticket online.
Gallery texts
The most important gallery texts have been bundled in a downloadable PDF file. These texts describe the artworks in the permanent collection or temporary exhibition, and are identical to the texts on the signs in the museum.
Prefer not to read from a screen? A booklet with the gallery texts in large font is available for loan from the Information Desk.

Getting to us
There are good public transport links to The Mesdag Collection. Read more about how to get to the museum.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs such as hearing dogs are welcome in the museum, so long as they are wearing a vest. There is no need to register assistance dogs in advance of your visit.
Sunflower lanyard for recognition
Not all disabilities are visible. Be visible when you choose to be. The Mesdag Collection recognises and acknowledges people wearing a Sunflower lanyard. This is a lanyard for people with non-visible disabilities or conditions, such as autism, Alzheimer’s, dementia or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The lanyards and cards are available via the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower website.
